Shipping policy

Processing, Dispatch and Postage

UK

All standard orders placed within the UK will be shipped out within 2-4 business days from the day of purchase and sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 2nd Class; delivery may take an additional 2-4 days working days to arrive.

Urraca Studios does not automatically have the option for Special Next Day delivery - if you wish to make a purchase to arrive the next Day, please email urracastudios@gmail (before 12pm) on the day before delivery to enquire if this is possible - there will be an additional charge for Special Next Day postage.

EU and Elsewhere

Urraca Studios currently does not offer shipping outside of the UK, but this will be updated once available.

 

Gift Wrapping

If you would like to have your item gift-wrapped and a note hand-written, please state this in the comment box when placing your order, otherwise, your item will be sent in an unwrapped Urraca Studios gift box.

 

Personalisation

Please note: this service feature is not currently available online, the following is for future reference - please get in touch if you wish to personalise your item in the meantime.

Some Urraca Studios pieces allow for personalisation, such as names and/or dates stamped onto your jewellery -  please ensure to tick the relevant options for this service, and allow 5-8 working days for dispatch. This is an additional service that will incur additional charges, and your jewellery is non-refundable once a purchase has been made. For commission pieces that you also want personalised, please see below for terms & conditions, processing and dispatch times.

 

Commissions

If you wish to order a commission piece, please email urracastudios@gmail.com with your inquiry.

Please allow 2-6 weeks for commission pieces to be made on agreement of the final design (this may vary depending on the design and the season), and note that once agreed, a non-refundable 50% commission fee will be taken before the final piece is finished and sent out. If you wish to cancel your order by this stage, please note that your deposit is still non-refundable. All completed commissions are also non-refundable. 

Urraca Studios does not usually work using your own jewellery, gemstones, or material, and does not carry out repairs, but if this is agreed upon, please note that Urraca Studios does NOT take any liability or responsibility for any damage to said pieces.
